After surprise testimony from Trump, judge fines him $10K for second gag order violation
The judge said Trump had committed a “blatant, dangerous” violation of his gag order by making comments that appeared to disparage the judge’s law clerk.
“Trump unexpectedly took the witness stand Wednesday to face questioning from the judge about comments Trump made earlier in the day apparently disparaging the judge’s law clerk.
“As the trier of fact, I find the witness is not credible,” Justice Arthur Engoron said after Trump testified.”
“With Trump on the witness stand, the judge asked: “To whom were you referring?”
“You and Cohen,” Trump replied, referring to Michael Cohen, his former personal lawyer and fixer who testified about Trump’s business practices on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Engoron, however, indicated he believed Trump was referring to his law clerk, Allison Greenfield, who sits directly to the judge’s right on the bench and whom Trump has already disparaged once before.”

Donald Trump takes orders from no one! Not even if the orders are for his own protection.
I’m not surprised the judge didn’t believe him. It’s obvious what he meant.
Trump constantly whines about being persecuted, but the judge is doing everything he can to keep Trump out of jail. The guy is too dumb, and too narcissistic, to realise how gently he’s being treated.
There is no doubt that this sh-tstain was referring to the law clerk. What kind of world do we live in where a twice impeached ex president of this great country tells the judge ” oh no I was talking bad about you and the witness”. Just too much to figure on as most of the time I have something to compare these things to but this is just too crazy.
This has got to be the strangest time of my life. Never in my 70 years have I seen such pure disregard for rule of law and for anyone that does not kiss his butt.
