I’ll give her one thing – she tried to deal with covid on her own for 9 days before it got too much for her. Good on her for trying not to place undue strain on the health system.
Of course the fact that she waited 9 days ultimately resulted in her placing undue strain on the health system for 97 days.
Would have been better if she’d done the right thing and kicked the bucket early.
The update. The medical bills cost1.8 million and she’s in debt and facing collections. She put up a go fund me. You could be the founding $20 contributor!
As for me I’d have gotten the $35 vaccine and talked to a professional about the real risk of getting a vaccine and if the adverse effects are easily treated.
Just after the red tide post, we saw periodic updates from her “kicking covids butt”, in hospital for 97 days. I’m also unclear on how being released home on 5L high flow oxygen after over three months classifies as kicking butt?
Diane was a nurse. She made very long posts and went down the rabbit hole on every possible side effect of the vaccine. I just took snippets from them as they were very long. Also they focused on the serious side effects without considering the incidence rate of the serious adverse reactions, nor considering whether the conditions could be easily treated.
Serious side effects like anaphylaxis can be treated quickly with epinephrine. Other serious side effects like myocarditis, people recovered from at home or in hospital. She never looked at the incidence rate of 10-15 serious events per 10,000 people. Though she understood a lot, the analysis of it all seemed lacking.
Remember to sort by oldest!
Holy Hell, $1.8 MILLION???!!

She posted a lot on natural immunity. Not much political, except this reference to a red tide.
